No Return of Defective Products Needed, ONLY Reship or Refund
Due to the very personal and sensitive nature of our products, we NEVER ask our customers to return and fix the defective products otherwise than just simply reship or refund the defective product.
Replaceable/Money Back within 30 Days upon Order's Arrival
If any product is found defective within 30 days after the order’s arrival, you can send photo/video evidence to cs@soloplays.com for verification. Upon providing the visual evidence, you will be responded and confirmed with a conclusion within 1 business day. Once the defective is confirm by our aftersales rep, you should expect a full refund of your order or reship of your order based on your request in the next 72 hours.
Please note that any defective found beyond 30 days after arrival is not eligible to a full refund but still have one-year warranty to be replaced with the same item.
